About Me
Five years ago, I transitioned from teaching in an Elementary school to nurturing as a stay-at-home mom. During this time I discovered a profound passion for energy healing. Intrigued by the tranquility Reiki brought me, I received my certifications for Reiki Levels 1 , 2 and Master and now own and operate Energy Healing with Katie. Through my journey, from the classroom to the realm of energy work, I've found immense joy in facilitating healing and transformation for others, a privilege I deeply cherish.
Teaching and helping others has always been my passion. I was an Elementary teacher for eight years. After I had my son, I left the classroom to become a stay at home mom. During this time, I had my first Reiki session and I was intrigued at the amount of peace I felt afterwards and wanted to know more about it. Soon after, I received my Reiki Level 1, 2 and Master Certification and began working at Trilogy Acupuncture and Wellness in Chadds Ford, PA.
During my sessions, I would see random images, hear messages and feel different emotions that were not mine. I came to the realization that I was actually connecting with my client's energy and their departed loved ones. I believe that I am divinely guided and supported by the spirit world when working with my clients during every session. I was very interested in learning more about this unique ability, so I enrolled in classes with Tammy Petrucelli, internationally known Medium, Author and former Radio Host. I am still in the program and continue to grow and expand my spiritual gifts in order to help others.
I recently opened my own business, Energy Healing with Katie, located on the circle in Newtown Square, PA. After witnessing the healing effects Reiki had on my own life, I knew how important it was for others to experience the same benefits. I absolutely love what I do! I am so happy and honored that I can help people on their path of healing and transformation.
