What is Reiki? 
It's a Japanese technique for stress relief and relaxation that boosts the immune system and enhances the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
It is based on the idea that all living things have a natural energy flowing through them called life energy.


What are the benefits of Reiki?
*Clears old energies and emotions that remain "stuck" in the body 
*Promotes relaxation
*Helps reduce stress and tension
*Clears out chakras to restore natural balance between the mind, body and spirit.

What can I expect during a Reiki session?
First, you will lay down on a massage table (fully clothed). Katie will walk you through a short guided meditation to help you ground your energy and help you shift into a high vibration. Then, she will begin the treatment by allowing the energy to flow through her hands to each of your seven main chakra points clearing out and balancing each one. 

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Some people fall asleep, some will become emotional (this means that the Reiki is working!), others will see colors or sense warmness. Everyone is different in ways they will feel this gentle flow of energy, but throughout the session, Reiki is flowing to balance your body emotionally, spirituality and physically.
